With seven classes of powered industrial trucks, generic, off-site training just does not get the job done, nor does it comply with 29 C.F.R. Section 1910.178(l), the federal regulations that Nevada adopted in 1998. Marc Toney has over twenty years of experience in training forklift operators in thousands of different applications.

Marc Toney & Associates is the leader in site-specific forklift safety training which meets and exceeds current federal and Nevada state regulations. Our powered industrial truck training covers the specific equipment used by the operators in the applications the equipment is operated in on a daily basis.

Every operator is evaluated on the required thirteen forklift related and nine workplace related topics. The three components of our course are the classroom interactive discussion and presentation, the “hands-on” instruction and evaluation, and the written test for mastery learning.

Participants who successfully complete the course receive both a certificate and wallet card. Our company also makes sure the training is documented in accordance with current regulations so you have the documentation needed. Classes are available in English and Spanish, and can be scheduled for evenings and weekends as well.
